Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
PHP cares for patients who may be transitioning from inpatient care. It is also a suitable fit for more intensive treatment which can prevent the need for hospitalization. In our PHP program
- Patients attend five group therapy sessions per day, five days a week

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Coping Skills Training
- WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan), an evidence-based system to help people understand wellness techniques for relapse prevention.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
IOP is for anyone who may be stepping down from PHP, but needs the support and structure of treatment. It is suitable for those who may need more intensive treatment than that offered in outpatient care.
- Patients attend three group sessions per day, five days a week
- Sessions include a daily process group (to work through current issues), cognitive therapy, and the daily wellness relapse prevention (WRAP) group
