In partnership with Nemeth Counseling and Consultation, we invite you to attend our free virtual Zoom Continuing Education Course on April 30, 2020 or May 7, 2020: Strategies to Cope with Secondary Traumatic Stress and Coronavirus Stress for the Helping Professional

The Program

In this three-hour virtual course, we will define vicarious trauma, secondary trauma, burn out and other terms described in the mental health field. Skills will be discussed to cope including the discussion of a support group that can be utilized in the workplace. An assessment tool will be provided and an additional 30-minute module will be added to discuss dealing with coronavirus stress.
