In partnership with Nemeth Counseling and Consultation, we invite you to attend our free Continuing Education Course on February 14, 2020: Overview of Substance Use Disorders —Drug Classes, Presentation of Symptoms, Comorbidity & Treatment Best Practices

The Program

In this CE, Lily Cunningham of Nemeth Counseling and Consultation offer an introductory overview of substance use disorders, comorbidity and efficacious treatments. Participants will leave with a clear understanding of basic differences in clinical presentation and understanding of ethical and treatment considerations.

About Lily Cunningham

Lily Cunningham is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling Supervisor through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Lily received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University, where she also obtained her Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, in 2013.

Lily’s experience in mental health and substance use treatment has come from outpatient, inpatient and residential settings, and work within school districts. Lily has recently worked with adults requiring inpatient care for substance use disorders and prevention work with teens, collaborating with school districts and families to effect positive change and share educational information related to the dangers of substance use on the developing body. Lily’s approach to working with addiction is a harm-reduction model of treatment.
