11/15 CEU: Helping Clients Make Changes That Last

In partnership with Nemeth Counseling, we invite you to attend our free Continuing Education Course on November 15.

Chris Nemeth, principal owner of Nemeth Counseling and Consultation, will present how to help clients make true changes when stuck in a pattern by using interventions and techniques from Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. This training will provide specific tools for adult clients to make life-long changes.

Chris is the principal owner of Nemeth Counseling and Consultation. He is also currently a community lecturer at The Ohio State University for family and couples work. Chris has over twenty years of experience in the area of mental health and wellness. His training has been at the premier agencies in Columbus, Ohio. His training includes counseling and therapy with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. He graduated with honors from the Ohio State University in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He completed his Master of Social Work in 2000 and has been independently licensed since 2002.

His main area of expertise has been helping clients cope with stressful and traumatic experiences. He has presented many seminars and trainings in the community and is a leader in the field, providing quality supervision to others. He has served as both a Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Director.
